Chef/Kitchen Manager

WE'RE GROWING - K.C. Hopps is seeking an energetic & creative chef to work in one of our successful concepts. Chefs are responsible for managing a full service made from scratch kitchen, writing schedules, weekly inventories/cost controls, cooking, prep, sanitation, training, KDS and general management of the kitchen staff.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous kitchen management experience is a must. Proficiency in restaurant line cooking, sanitation, and basic computer skills. Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours a day.
