As a member of our management team, you will receive training in the basics of restaurant operations that will allow you to coordinate people, product and equipment with a goal of delivering outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and value on every shift you manage.What can we offer you?Outstanding Pay!
Our managers can earn a starting salary between $27,500 and $42,000, depending on experience, plus a lucrative bonus opportunity earning between $5,000-$14,400 annually.World Class Training!
McDonald’s is the only current restaurant organization to be recognized by the American Council on Education, (ACE), for our restaurant management curriculum.
