Currently, we have Baker positions available in the TWIN CITIES/METRO AREA!We seek talented bakers to craft fresh artisan bread and other high-quality menu items. Schedule is 3rd shift (10pm to 6am.) No experience needed! Training is provided!Position Mission
To provide the highest quality bakery products to our customers on a consistent basis to ensure continued success and superior levels of customer satisfaction at Panera Bread.Major Duties
•Bake all products for the current day sales, to be finished prior to store opening.
•Maintain product quality and take appropriate action if quality is lacking.
•Manage around time delays and/or product problems.
•Ensure that actual baked product equals pan-up requirements (any product shortages must be reported to Store Manager).
•Pan-up completed for following day.
•Late-bakes panned up.
•Ingredient and stock maintenance.
•Daily and weekly sanitation completed•Maintain and clean equipment, notifying Store manager when repairs or maintenance is required.
•Receipt of delivery.
•Assist with bakery case set up as needed.
