Sales Area Sales Manager-Michigan
Great Lakes Brewing Company is seeking a reliable individual to serve as the Area Sales Manager in Michigan.
Requirements:
. Operate in a team environment
. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
. Willingness to work flexible hours.
. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
. College degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
. Review distributor's monthly orders and ensure they are maintaining adequate inventory levels.
. Ensure the distributor's inventories and retail trade is rotated properly and in code.
. Review and consult with distributor management on sales and distribution objectives, programming and action plans on a regular basis.
. Plan and direct activities in assigned territory to ensure results are consistent with the company goals and objectives.
. Review and approve all sales forecasts and actual monthly sales results.
. Present sales plans at distributor sales meetings.
. Conduct monthly meetings with sales distributors and management.
. Provide training, direction and development of Great Lakes Field Sales Reps.
. Ensure all marketing and chain programs are executed.
