*$5K Cash Signing Bonus* Kitchen Manager

The AKM is ultimately responsible for ensuring great food quality and recipe adherence throughout the shift. Is responsible for all kitchen functions on an opening, mid or closing shift to include food quality management, supervision of all kitchen staff, housekeeping, kitchen set-up, sanitation, safety and pace. Is responsible for scheduling and development of kitchen staff. Has financial responsibility for food costs, labor costs and kitchen supplies.
Signing Bonus is limited to Mid Atlantic available positions and locations specifically offering the $5k bonus. This is a limited time offering and your on-line application must be received by us no later than August 31, 2006 to qualify. Signing Bonus payment schedule is as follows:
$2,500 paid at the completion of training
