The Sr. Analyst is involved in all aspects of research activities contracted by i3 Innovus. This includes responsibility for technical support and planning and performing economic/outcomes evaluations in health care research, and analysis and reporting of studies
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and implementing the technical components of health economic studies including proposal development, analysis and interpretation.
Preparation and quality assurance of study deliverables, including models, final reports, manuscripts, posters and presentations.
Performs programming, statistical analyses and/or modeling and prepares required graphs, tables and figures using the appropriate software tools.
Assisting and training Research Associates and Research Analysts on a project basis, and collaborating with other senior staff.
Responsible for adherence to the study budget and timeline and compliance with the protocol/study design. Responsible for project tracking, forecasting and providing input during billing process, as required.
Responsible for statistical and technical support to clients and other members in the HEOR team. Provides regular reporting to clients, investigators and staff regarding technical study aspects.
Accountable for the identification, measurement and collection of information.
The postholder will perform necessary functions and as directed, any other duties commensurate with the post to ensure the smooth running of operations within the location(s).
Job Requirements:
Post graduate degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Training and/or experience in the health care delivery field.
Training and/or experience in health economics and/or outcomes research.
Training and/or experience with the following software as appropriate: statistical, database, spreadsheet, decision support, graphics and text processing.
Training and/or experience in computer programming.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
An established ability to work independently or as part of a team.
