This position is responsible for providing analysis to support the Risk Adjustment Program. Specific duties include: report writing, data mining, communication with doctors and senior executives, publication of a bimonthly newsletter, participating in a bimonthly taskforce, presentations to various audiences, submission of data for CMS Sweeps.Application Process:

REQUIREMENTS
This is a high profile analyst postion requiring complex data analysis and communication with senior executive, physicians and their staff.BS or BA in accounting, healthcare, or finance or previous work experience of 3-5 years in Health Care data analysis. Advanced MS-Excel and Access required. Previous experience working with medicare compensation models or in an IPA setting.Preferred: MS SQL, Crystal Reports, MBA. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes, laboratory and pharmacy data feeds very helpful.
