Sr. Data Management Analyst

Primary Objective:
Administers assigned components of core data processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the core employee personal, job and employment data. Researches and problem solves more complex data issues working with managers, employees and appropriate HR/Payroll resources. Maintains the integrity of the organizational hierarchy within the HR systems, through timely position data and structure updates.

Responsibilities include:
- Update HR systems with organizational structure and position data changes
- Administers assigned components of core data processing into HRMS system, including but not limited to:
o Expat data
o Hourly and salaried job code set-up/changes
o New hire data and GID set up
o Promotion/job change data entry
o Termination processing
o Training data entry
o Restructures/reorganizations/acquisitions
- Processes interface files and/or performs necessary manual data entry
- Responds to employee, manager and other HR/Payroll questions directly
- Monitors, meets and exceeds defined service level metrics for response to requests and accuracy of data.
- Routine audit checks performed to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Researches data integrity issues, to identify source of errors. Recommends and implements solutions to resolve.
- Implements approved process improvements and suggests process improvements for approval.
- Trains and mentors new data entry analysts and works with business units on work migration
- Assists with analyst capacity management through viaTil tool
- Assists employees and managers with data management/personal data toolkit questions.

Education/Experience Required:
- High School Diploma plus 2-5 years of practical experience in a data management environment (preferably PeopleSoft or SAP); education and experience combination sufficient.
- PeopleSoft capability highly preferred
- Competency with MS Office Suite, including Excel
- Must be able to work overtime if needed during the workweek.
