Senior Marketing Research Analyst

Select Comfort, Minnesota-based Creator of the Sleep Number® Bed and the nation's #1 ranked bedding retailer for each of the past 6 years running (Furniture Today, 2000-2005), is seeking a Senior Marketing Research Analyst for our corporate headquarter offices in Plymouth.

Responsibilities:

Direct the Customer Experience Measurement System.

Work with Sr. Director of Research & Business Development and cross functionally to facilitate the integration of the customer loyalty measurements system.

Develop and mange the customer touchpoint satisfaction system. This includes all critical touchpoints such as purchase experience, delivery, customer service, product satisfaction.

Design, Develop and Manage VOC research plans to ensure the customer needs and requirements are an integral component of the product development process

Develop and Manage the advertising and communications research. Work closely with Brand communications team to understand requirements and develop appropriate tools and measures for tracking advertising effectiveness and performance.

Segmentation

Work with Sr. Director of Research & Business Development and cross-functionally on integration of segmentation into sales process and marketing processes (including database as part of consumer insight)

Manage research projects as part of project teams. For example:
Ad Claim research
Usability research
Copy testing
Internet studies
Management of Customer Panel.

Research Information Communication:

Manage the development of process for sharing of research results across applicable areas of the company. (including technology tools)

Research Database development

Work with consumer insight team on integration of customer and consumer information into database and other business processes

Leverage research for additional insights to the organization
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing Research or Marketing, MBA preferred

8-10 years of research project management experience minimum.

Internet research; database understanding

Strong research and project management skills

Ability to interpret research in the context of the business needs and requirements

Ability to establish credibility throughout the organization
