Research Associate III/IV

Purpose: Our client is looking for a Research Associate for the DC metro area

This position offers you an opportunity to play a highly visible role and contribute to critical decisions regarding projects that have a high profile impact on our organization.

In this role, you will assist in formulation development, preparing and screening intranasal formulations, characterizing small molecules, peptides, and proteins, running stability studies, contributing to feasibility studies, and more.

Requirements:
- BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or another related field emphasizing strong quantitative analysis
- 5+ years of laboratory experience with drug formulation, or delivery
- Experience with formulation and characterization of small molecules, peptides, or proteins is preferred, as is experience with oral or nasal drug delivery
- Knowledge of and experience with the design of experiment (DOE) approach to research is a plusClassification:Direct PlacementCompensation:
