Research Associate II

Seeking a Research Associate II to work in the field of DNA repair and mutagenesis should have molecular biology skills (cloning, preparing expression vectors, working with bacterial viruses, RT-PCR), some basic cell culture techniques, have worked with proteins (enzymatic assays, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, luciferase assays), and skill in the purification of proteins from overexpressing strains (chromatography, expression in both E. coli and baculovirus).
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should be computer literate, able to type brief reports, and make figures suitable for publication. Requires: BS degree plus 4 years lab experience or MS degree.
