Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, this position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing clerical, organizational and technical support for the office by preparing and/or tracking the status of reports and surveys; responding to internal and external requests for data; maintaining the departmental website; compiling data; arranging meetings and conferences, etc. Requires HS diploma/GED; knowledge of modern office methods including word processing and spreadsheets; and office experience. Desired qualifications include experience with survey design software; knowledge of web design software; knowledge of SPSS; advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and Access; and experience with survey research, research design and/or technical writing.
