RESEARCH COATINGS/ADHESIVES CHEMIST WANTED in Lancaster County, PA- Relocation Pkg!In this EXCITING position Research Chemist will plan, organize, and execute a successful support of coatings and materials technology in lab manufacturing facilities.Requirements:
CHEMIST PHD preferred with 2+ years experience but BS/MS acceptable.
Experience with radiation curing processing (UV/EB), formulation, radiometry, wood coatings or adhesives manufacturing, pilot plant processing, and coating process development.

Effective problem solving, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel 30% to various locations both within and outside the U.S. *Proven experience with statistical analysis & Six Sigma a PLUS.
Typical Activities may include:
Manufacturing technical support of existing and new manufacturing facilities
Support the operation, SOP development, raw material purchase *Specification development, change management process
New product development process

Production startup of new/improved finish lines
Press operations in existing plants in North America
Participate in selection & validation of performance of vendors for finishing and plywood adhesive systems in N. American plants
