This position is the R&D representative of multi-disciplinary project core team. The individual is expected to have good knowledge of existing products and technologies and understand non-R&D disciplines that pertain to product development. It is also essential that the R&D Project Leader possess rudimentary multi-disciplinary technical skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Coordinate and verify work of multi-disciplinary engineering project team.
Plan project and budget.
Communicate progress to line management and the R&D project team.
Represent R&D in management project reviews.
Provide feedback on the performance of team members for appraisal purposes.
Identify project related training needs of team.
Understand product development processes.
Understand planning, resource and risk management.

Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 3-6 years
