Project Manager - Medical Device

R&D PROJECT MANAGER: We requires an Engineer experienced in Project Management (PM ) to lead our projects from initial concept through development, verification/validation testing and into Manufacturing. This individual will utilize a wide variety of technical experience, an acquired understanding of our company's systems and processes, and Project Management expertise in consorting with functional managers to build project teams and to plan and track projects. The PM is responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of all projects and production of 'project contracts' between the PM group and functional departments. PM is also responsible for tracking realized performance, adjusting to align with shifting priority and reporting to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4-6 years of engineering experience, or a Master’s degree with 2-4 years of experience including 2-4 years in a PROJECT MANAGEMENT role in the Research and Development of a TECHNOLOGICAL product is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Project is also required. We require experience in a regulated industry, and knowledge of the FDA Quality System Regulations. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
