Project Manager, Interactive Technologies (IVRS)
Redwood City, CaliforniaIn this role, you effectively manage the IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) activities of individual studies in a manner that ensures all timeframes and targets are met. The main responsibility of the position is to effectively manage IVRS projects. In doing this, the Project Manager will be the primary contact for clients and will drive the success of the project by adhering to ICON SOPs and appropriate regulations, working with other departments as necessary, and overseeing staff members on the project team. This position will be responsible for keeping project costs within budget and for monitoring the quality and success of the project. The Project Manager will keep senior management informed of project status while maintaining confidentiality as appropriate.The qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a related field and experience in medicine, science or other relevant discipline and appropriate Project Management experience. Experience with IVRS or EDC for clinical trials is required. Must be able to coordinate all aspects of study management, successfully manage project team(s), and liaise successfully with clients. A current driver’s license is required. Foreign language skills desirable. Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% (international and domestic) essential
