Perform duties with a heighten sense of urgency
Responsible for the Carrier Connection Mailbox emails (read, interpret, disseminate as necessary)
Respond to carriers (markets) on Rapid responses via a template.
Create, update and close Service Requests
Review settlements and handle accordingly
Research Service Requests and take appropriate action
Monitor and address Accounts Payable Report
Send Service Requests to the transaction group for processing via database
Review and address spreadsheets, client advances, due-us balances, and aged invoices
Perform other duties as assignedSpecial skills required:

High School Diploma or GED
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum work experience required:
1-2 years of related work experience
Insurance experience a plus
