Marketing Research Data Processor -NYC

We are seeking a qualified Data Processor to produce timely, accurate, and cost-effective databases and research reports for internal and client distribution with this top marketing research firm. Processor will:

Generate data-editing/data-management code
Produce tabulation code for customized reports
Process and clean raw data-entry files; check output file integrity
Tabulate clean data files; check table output
Maintain and update master-record file libraries
Send tabular reports to print vendor
Generate data files for MEMRI/Online access
Create macro-edit files to facilitate processing; KEXX, VBA
Batch processing through MS-DOS

REQUIREMENTS
College degree or higher
Minimum 2 years experience processing and tabulating research reports utilizing a high-level programming data-editing/tabulation package. Knowledge of Quantum a plus
Familiarity with questionnaire design and the fundamentals of data analysis
PC Skills: Microsoft WORD / EXCEL/ DOS-editor (e.g. KEDIT for Windows)
Team-oriented individual with the ability to work under pressure, handling multiple projects simultaneously

Additional skills and knowledge:
VB programming language
Relational database development
Application of SPSS analysis software
