The manager provides direction to staff and evaluates the level of service provided and the competency requirements of the staff. The manager is responsible for the design and continuous improvement of systems to support corporate strategic planning, market research to support new program development and to enhance marketing and planning for existing programs and services, and for business development activities.Education/Learning Experience:
Required: Bachelor Degree in Human Services, Liberal Arts, Management or related experience.
Desired: Master's Degree in Planning, Social Science, Health Care Administration, Business.Work Experience:
Required: 1 year of experience in health care administration with strategic planning experience.
Desired: 2 or more years of experience in health care administration with strategic planning experience.Skills/Knowledge:
Required: Responsible for planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
