In-House Clinical Research Associate needed to work for a top pharmaceutical recruiting company. Job description is as follows:Job Description:Participates as a Clinical Team member accountable to the Clinical Team Leader for all project issues. Initiates, manages and closes out clinical studies in line with specific protocol needs. This includes the conduct of pre-trial, initiation, monitoring and termination visits, co-monitoring visits as appropriate, and preparation for/participation in site audits.Organizes and/or attends investigator meetings.Monitors clinical study data at the investigator site, serology laboratory and other study facilities as appropriate either via CROs, local CRAs or CCRAs.Manages all CRO activity associated with a specific clinical trial and provide weekly updates Maintains company clinical tracking databases up to date, to ensure that timeline information is available to the Clinical Team Leader and Clinical Operations Management.Ensures that all documentation required by regulations is in place prior to, during, and on completion of the study.
