We have been helping our clients solve their most difficult and diverse engineering and environmental challenges for over 25 years. With over 550 employees in eighteen offices in the United States and two international locations, we currently have an opportunity for a Senior Consultant/Project Manager in our Madison, WI office.
The Position -This senior level position will serve as project manager and technical expert for compliance auditing, management system implementation, due diligence, regulatory compliance and related activities. This position involves travel to field assignments approximately 30% of the time.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements -Qualified candidates will have a BS degree with 12+ years of related experience in both and industrial and a consulting setting. Previous experience managing EHS issues for multiple facilities and clients, including conducting rigorous EHS compliance and management system audits for industrial operations, is required. Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients. Ability to mentor junior staff and involve staff with clients and projects. Lead technical experience with air permitting and compliance a plus. Thorough understanding of EHS regulations and experience implementing effective ISO 14001 systems is required. MS degree is a plus. Proficiency with MS Word & Excel as well as strong oral and written communication skills are required. Successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work independently as well in a team environment, deal effectively with a wide variety of people, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and mentor others in effective EHS management.
