Based in Skokie, IL, PAYNET (www.paynetonline.com) is a financial services technology company leading a revolution in the commercial credit reporting industry. We are looking for a Data Integration Analyst to receive, validate, translate and load data from flat-file extracts into the PayNet MS SQL-Server database.

The Data Integration Analyst will be involved with a variety of functions working with, and building relationships with, the technology staff of our member companies helping them understand PayNet's data integration process and create extract files that will be sent to Paynet on a regular basis. Occasional light travel to customer locations will be required (1-2 short trips per month).

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has:
Good mix of database-related technical skills and non-technical communication skills
Understanding of data systems, especially the ability to learn about different data environments
Ability to understand data relationships and data modeling
Experience with software support and installation - Unix/Mainframe experience a plus
Strong SQL skills including the ability to read stored procedures and write queries in order to answer logical data flow questions; experience using MS SQL-Server is a plus
Some programming experience
ETL experience is a plus
Experience maintaining relationships with customers - both technical and non-technical; consulting experience is a plus.
Ability to take on multiple projects at once
Willingness to learn new technologies in order to best solve data-related issues
Interest in working in an environment with rapidly changing priorities in which every employee is likely to be wearing multiple hats
Interest in working in a small, entrepreneurial company with a closely knit team
Prior experience in leasing, consumer/commercial finance, credit reporting a plus
BA/BS (Master's degree preferred) in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or other related field
A passion for data and concern for data integrity
