Data Analyst (Part-time)

Description:
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing data, survey results data, and other input to produce analytical reports summarizing the data for the program staff and the Massachusetts EOHHS . Provides direction regarding report formats, data elements, etc., necessary to analyze data submitted from various sources. Confirm numerators and denominators, and other data elements based in claims data. Formats data, and develops and prepares reports, charts tables and other related documents and graphics Conducts logic checks to maintain data quality. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in health care finance, reporting or underwriting Strong analytical skills and report preparation. Understanding of computer programming preferred Strong computer skills, with proficiency in SPSS, MS Excel and MS Access; Crystal Reports preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Customer service skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics or information technology.
