Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing a thorough understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviors to advocate continuous improvement in our retail concept. Responsible for monitoring consumer reaction to our retail concept including customer satisfaction, private label merchandise, new business ideas, niche markets, interior and exterior design, advertising, and pharmacy services. Determine the qualitative and/or quantitative research method most appropriate to provide consumer input. Develop and execute a project plan including questionnaire design, data collection, analysis and presentation. Research types include but are not limited to focus groups, in-depth one-on-one interviews, store intercept interviews, telephone surveys, internet surveys. Maintain communication with departments and vendors to execute research that helps develop and refine company strategies.

Qualifications:
BA/BS in Marketing/Advertising/Business/Social Science or related field. Our project oriented department requires an aptitude for creative problem-solving, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in analysis, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
