Clinical Research Project Manager

Position Description & Responsibilities

The Clinical Project Manager will be part of the Clinical Operations Department. The CPM will be the primary liaison across functional teams (i.e. clinical operations, manufacturing, research, marketing, regulatory, finance).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Help in the review of draft analysis outputs (tables, listings, graphs) to be incorporated into final study reports and regulatory submissions.

Organize and lead team meetings.

Oversee meeting documentation and create agenda

Provide timely, accurate communication of key projects and issues/events to executive management.

Present program timelines and budgets to upper management by identifying risks to the program for on-going feedback

Assist project leader with the preparation of slides/presentations and help identify resources needed to accomplish project goals

Develop and maintain project timelines

Manage issues related to timelines

Develop and maintain program budget

Liaise with the finance department monthly

Review vendor invoices against contract

Track vendor costs against study budget

Assist with management of all study and compound-related documentation.
