Clinical Research Associates

McCallion Staffing is a leader in the staffing industry. We assist companies hire professionals on a contract, contract/hire and permanent basis. We have currently partnered with a pharmaceutical company in the Malvern area. The company is in need of experienced clinical research professionals. The primary purpose of the CRA positions is to manage all “in-house” site related activities and conduct study set-up activities -- including the development of documents used during the study. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Assuring adequate reporting of adverse events, protocol deviations, and subject enrollment. * Assuring compliance with all federal regulations regarding clinical trials, company SOPs and the clinical protocol * Communicating findings from contact reports and monitoring visits to appropriate staff in a timely manner. * 60% travel required.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in science related discipline * 2-5 years in Clinical Research * 1-2 years field monitoring * Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICHGCP guidelines * Computer Literacy (MS Office plus) * Excellent communication and time management skills
