CLINICAL SUPPLY CHAIN, Project Manager/Principal

Responsible for the project management of multiple clinical supply projects to successfully plan and deliver on time, on cost drug supplies of the highest quality to support GPRD and affiliate clinical studies. Conceptualizes and proposes individual study drug supply plans and distribution strategies to the Drug Supply Manager and Clinical Project Team. As a member of a Clinical Project Team this position is responsible for providing input to Clinical Protocols and acts as the Drug Supply Subject Matter Expert on the team. This individual will use established and apply learned project management skills and techniques to ensure effective assessment of all activities required to develop clinical supply and re-supply project plans, as well as assess needed FTE, expenses and durations to successfully implement the project plans. Required to set up and manage contracts with US and Ex-Us IVRS suppliers. He/she is expected to use excellent communication skills to relay all project related information to project stakeholders, which may include planning and execution of meetings and presentations. The position will have a Global responsibility for the studies that they are assigned to work on and reports directly to a Drug Supply Manager.Qualifications
Excellent communication and project management skills. Proactive approach to problem solving, out of the box thinker and excellent team player. Pharmacy background strongly preferred, must have some experience in one or more aspects of drug development eg formulation, analytical, clinical development, regulatory affairs. Previous clinical supply experience would be an advantage.
