Associate Scientist

Growing company in Pittsburgh is looking for a highly motivated, team orientated individual that will participate in all aspects of developing new technologies and products for the proteomic reagent market.

Willing to consider a BS degree all the way up to a Ph.D. candidate

The current position is an interim position leading to a full time position. They offer a offer a casual and flexible work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Bachelor or Masters degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or other related discipline

2 years lab experience and solid Molecular biology techniques

Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others and learn quickly a plus

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of basic laboratory techniques, equipment and materials required

Experience in two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and/or mass spectrometry a plus
