Analyst, Research
& Planning

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, synthesizing and disseminating information essential to national staff in running their operations. You will conduct national survey research projects, with responsibility for questionnaire design, data analysis and report writing, and act as a key team member in developing major organizational databases and information sources.

Qualifications include 5+ years' exp. in a research environment focused on user services; advanced knowledge of statistical analysis (Excel/ Access a must; SPSS preferred); ability to manage multiple projects in a highly integrated team environment; and a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's in Info Sciences or Urban Planning a plus).
