Key Mortgage Services, Inc d/b/a Baird & Warner Financial Services is currently seeking to fill a Mortgage e Business Sales Manager position in our Des Plaines Office location.

POSITION: Mortgage eBusiness Sales Manager

LOCATION: Des Plaines

DEPARTMENT: Financial Services

WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

(some overtime may be required, and occasional weekends)Summary

Provides coaching and direction to The Solutions Group Loan Officers to develop business, achieve production and profitability objectives and to meet or exceed KMSI performance standards. Also does personal production that meets KMSI performance standards.Responsibilities Include:

1) Develop and implement a business plan for the unit to include sub prime production and transaction support for BWFS Loan Officers and lead source development and conversion rates at acceptable margins.

2) Coach and lead TSG Loan Officers to develop and implement individual business plans to meet KMSI performance standards for:

a. Satisfactory customer service measures

b. Produce a minimum of 5 funded loans/month

c. Satisfactory Q scores on loan applications

d. Ongoing marketing to BWFS Loan Officers to provide sub prime product and transaction structuring support
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in a business related field preferred.
IL Loan Originator registration
Minimum 5 years experience in mortgage originations.
Previous sales management experience, preferred.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent people skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills required.
Must be able to work independently and research problems / questions as required.
