Staff Appraiser

Purpose:
Our client is looking for Appraisal Coordinators. If you have professional experience reviewing appraisal reports and have a certified Residential Appraiser License than you may be the perfect candidate.

Job Description:
Reviews appraisal reports submitted from branches to ensure the scope of the appraisal as outlined within the administrative review policy and procedure. Inputs, tracts and maintains data in the appraisal management system. Calls and monitors appraisal assignments given to appraisal vendors. Scans and uploads all requests into the appraisal management system.

Job Requirements:
Must have single family, 2-4 unit experience. Candidates must also have REO and Loss Mitigation experience.
