Senior Project Manager

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER at our NEW YORK, NY location.

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and associated staff for large or multiple projects from inception to completion, including construction, voice and data, and physical customer relocation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Candidate may also be responsible for the following:
• Assemble and manage a team of internal and external professionals;
• Prepare and/or review project contracts
• Develop project budgets and schedules;
• Meet with planners, client representatives, architects, engineers and consultants to establish project requirements;
• Manage client communications;
• Solicit and prepare bid documents and negotiate contracts;
• Manage project reporting;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Supervise multiple project managers and associated staff.

REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent to appropriate 4-year college program;
• 7+ years project or construction management experience;
• Or, any similar combination of education and experience
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills with ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Must be available to work after hours and on weekends
