Sales Representative I

First American Title is seeking a Sales Representative for our Platte City office to cover the Northland area.Responsibilities include:
Calling on Real Estate offices
New business development and maintaining current business
Achieving sales goals and increasing market share
Making office/educational presentations and one-on-one client presentations
Building rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and concernsQualifications
Qualifications:
1-3 years of outside sales experience
Proven track record of success with closing skills
Must have an excellent work ethic
Self-motivation
Ability to work independently
Bachelors Degree preferred
Excellent time management and territory planning skills
Competitive spirit, confidence to ask for business and a desire to succeed
Ability and willingness to commute to the Northland area
Real estate experience (title, homebuyers, insurance or mortgage is a plus)
