SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

National Real Estate Management Company seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager for a premier commercial office property in Chicago. Responsible for day-to-day operations, client interaction, supervision of maintenance programs, capital projects, supervision of staff and third-party vendor employees, and selection of contract services.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have a minimum of seven years property management experience and a bachelor’s degree. Ideal candidate will have general property management experience as well as project management skills, basic accounting knowledge and experience with building operating systems. Strong communication, administrative, supervisory and organizational skills are a must.
