Retail Property Manager

Lewis Retail Centers, a growing division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers in the nation, currently has an opening for an experienced Retail Property Manager within their busy Upland, CA corporate office.

The Retail Property Manager will be responsible for overall operations of large shopping centers throughout the Inland Empire of S. California. The qualified candidate will have 7+ years of retail property management experience including large malls/shopping centers, understanding of leases, tenant relationships, vendor relationships, accounts payable and budgeting.

Duties would include maintaining the professional appearance and maintenance of the interior and exterior aspects of the property, within the approved annual/quarterly budgets and policies, collections of receivables, property administrations, tenant relations and the ongoing supervision of all on-site personnel.

Real estate license is required.

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years’ prior experience as a Property Manager of shopping centers and possess experience in all aspects of preparation of property operating reports, annual budgets, and lease interpretations. The right person would also demonstrate professional marketing skills, public relations skills, be detail oriented, a problem solver, and possess the ability to supervise other on-site personnel with common sense and professional judgment. A strong familiarity with MS software, specifically MS Word and Excel is required.
