Fairway Management, Inc., a company of Jeffrey E. Smith Companies, based in Columbia, MO, is an expert management company with over 15 years experience in affordable multi-family housing complexes.
Interested candidates should have the following skills:
5+ years experience managing multiple sites with 800+ unit portfolio.Property management experience of Section 42 and Section 8 rental properties.Experience supervising property staffThe ability to monitor the financial performance of properties.Excellent computer skills needed with expert knowledge of Word and Excel.Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starterLeadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills essential.
Due to expansion and growth, we are adding 3 new Regional Manager positions in Missouri to our current Property management staff. We have a position opening in our Eastern region, which would be based in the St. Louis area; an opening for the Southern region, which would be based in the Springfield area and an opening in the Northern region, which could be based in the Columbia/Jefferson City area of the state. All of these positions would require travel to different properties within the region on a regular basis.
