Property Manager Couple-Southern California-Orange County

A national leader in Manufactured Home Communities is looking for a Property Manager couple to join our team in Southern California. The Property Managers are responsible for all phases of community operations under the direction of the Regional Manager. Responsibilities include: 1) hire, train, and motivate on site personnel, 2) keep common areas of the community in excellent condition, 3) creatively initiate and organize resident functions on a regular basis, 4) enforce rules and regulations through ongoing home-site inspections, 5) collect rents, make deposits and report to the home office using property management software. Position is now open.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS

•Property management experience required.
•Demonstrated skills in management and maintenance techniques.
•Experienced in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other trades preferred.
•Computer literacy a must!
•Excellent communication skills.
•Supervisory experience.
•Bilingual preferred.
