Property Manager

One of America’s premier Commercial Real Estate development companies with a full range of development/construction management services for warehouse, industrial, office and retail is currently seeking a Property Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5 to 7 Years Commercial Property Management Experience of company-owned real estate with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment. Responsibilities to include vendor services, maintenance and repair of warehouse, office buildings, terminals and shopping centers.
• Strong Knowledge of commercial/industrial construction, big box, repair and renovation
• Effective time management, effective priority management skills and proven ability to multi-task is a must
• Effective leadership skills, organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective experience in resolving tenant issues/problems
• Subcontractor management
• Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants and internal clients• Cost-control management
• Safety
• Budgeting
Candidate must also have strong leadership/interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Strong sense of urgency; Exceptional performance.
