Property Manager

Premier SE Michigan Property Management Company is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Property Manager to oversee office/flex space in Worthington, Ohio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the oversight of general building and grounds maintenance, tenant relations, collections, budget preparation and maintenance of service contracts with outside vendors. This is a hands-on position that requires an individual to be available for on-call maintenance/building emergencies. Excellent communication and supervisory skills are a must. The staff consists of two other on-site personnel that reports directly to this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have a basic knowledge of commercial building systems and 2-5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance/management. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Certification from a trade or vocational school in a related field is required. Knowledge of and/or experience in contracting/bidding out projects for tenant improvements a plus.
