Property Manager

Our National Property Management Company is seeking a Talented and Experienced Property Manger for our Mid Sized, luxury, suburban community in the Northern Suburbs.
Candidates must have 2+ years Property Management experience, strong marketing focus, experience managing staff and strong multi-taking abilities. Financial experience including working with budgets and operational statements neccessary.

Ideal candidate will be motivational, outgoing and independant thinking and should possess outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful Property Manager will be professional and have the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals and provide exceptional customer service to our residents. Degree preferred.
