Property Manager

We are a growing apartment management company seeking a strong property manager to manage a 400 unit apartment community. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental, short and long term disability insurance and a 401K plan.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years in Property Management;Proficient in various software programs including but not limited to AMSI, Excel, Word and Window based applications. Responsible for all aspects of property management. Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Strong verbal & written communication skills, strong team leader.
