You will also oversee the Sales, Marketing and Operations of our properties.REQUIREMENTS:2-4 years experience with Property Management, Marketing and SalesReal Estate/Manufactured Home experience an assetExperience managing employeesStrong customer service and public relations skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers, managersExcellent organization and management skills; ability to multi-task a must, computer literacy in Word ,Excel, email and Internet
