New Home Sales Associate

Proficient in critical path selling, several communities to staff from Lancaster through Los Angeles. Must have experience of 7 years or more for Lead Position and 2 years or more for Junior Position. Great income opportunity for the right candidate. Must have excellent computer skills (including excel), buyer follow up. Only people passionate about real estate and selling the American Dream must apply
REQUIREMENTS
Must have valid CA Real Estate License in hand with no restrictions. Excellent phone and computer skills. Position will require a minimum of 3 days per week and weekend hours from 9:30-6:30. Must work well with others, be a self starter but have the ability to take direction from their manager. Inside and outside sales experience is a plus. No benefits, independent contractor (1099)
