Facilities Supervisor, Willmanage ATA properties,responsible for implementing
emergency snowand ice plan, oversee various
construction projects,sublet work, maintenance,service and security contracts.
Min. 2 yrs supvexp. Diploma or GED,knowledge of most building
maint. systems, i.e.ventilation; air conditioning;
electrical; steamplants; mechanical, etc.Knowledge of Maint.Mgmt. system (MMIS) aswell as occupational hazards
and safety precautions
in janitorial work;good communication skills;ability to work flexiblework schedule, wk OT; and4 hr shifts every otherwkend. Must be proficientin Microsoft Office.
