This company is a very progressive and profitable Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Surveying firm in Riverside. With a history of over 40 years in business, they have a backlog of projects and are in need of an experienced Landscape Architect.

Description:



Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related area and 5+ years of experience with concept development, feasibility studies, site planning, master planning and grading. Diverse design skills involving residential, commercial and industrial projects. Client and agency interface skills along is required. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Registered Landscape Architect license is preferred but not required.

Local experience is preferred
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:

- 5+ yrs experience

- Registered Landscape Architect is preferred

- B.S. in Landscape Architect or Planning




Candidate should possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and team orientation.
