We are currently seeking a Lease Administrator to join our Accounts Management Group located in Oakland, CA.

LEASE ADMINISTRATOR - Oakland, CA

Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate payment of all lease related financial obligations
Rent variance reports
Resolution of Landlord rent related inquiries
Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance
Review rent escalations/CAM and real estate tax invoices
Maintenance of A/P files
Landlord/vendor maintenance
Review Estoppels, SNDA and insurance certificates
Assist in identification and definition of current account codes
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years commercial real estate experience in real estate (property management) accounting with exposure to commercial leases
Strong financial/analytical skills
Ability to interpret complex lease language
Strong organization skills with an attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced computer proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of commercial lease administration systems is a plus
