Escrow Officer/Escrow Assistant

Primary responsibility is to aid Title and Escrow users on AIM and Aim For Windows software (Escrow & Title Production System), as well as provide HelpCenter support. Provide consulting support for the AIM and Aim For Windows systems and the systems that interface with them. Analyze operating practices, decipher problems and carry out solutions. Be able to organize the necessary resources to get the problem solved. While this individual must work in close coordination with other team members, she or he uses independent judgment and discretion when finding the problem and exercising the “fix”. Additional duties will also be assigned as required. This individual should exhibit a professional attitude, organized work practices as well as a high level of motivation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Provide Help Center support to customers until the problem or question is fully resolved.

- Analyze problems with systems and direct instructions or services to fully resolve problem.
- Submit bug fixes, once found and SPR’s as needed
- Assist, update and inform users of any changes that apply to present system
- Provide support to President & Director of Operations, when requested.
- Troubleshoot all problems that occur with printers, queues and documents
- Update all User Call problems. Compile weekly reporting
- Review and Test software upgrades, enhancements
- Follow Corporate Standards and Procedures
- Perform additional duties as required and requested by management
REQUIREMENTS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires advanced knowledge of Aim software (or similar Escrow & Title Production System), VAX Operating software, Reflections, Microsoft Office and networking (additional training will be provided). Escrow and Title background a must. Customer Service Technician must work independently and be able to use independent discretion when analyzing user problems, and finding solutions.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma required; Technical Certifications preferred.
Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and MS Word needed.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Needs to be self-motivated, highly dependable, organized, a team player, have good listening skills, customer service oriented, creative thinker, and be a problem-solver. Technology background a plus, good written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Should be able to analyze and problem solve without management intervention.

PREFERRED ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
Must be organized and able to prioritize projects, as well as be able to manage multiple projects.
