The company's corporate office is centrally located in the Irvine Spectrum area of Orange County, CA. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who relishes a challenge to join our team.

Job Summary:
As a Collections Specialist you will be responsible for the collections of past due accounts, and managing reports.

Responsibilities:
• Arrange for repayment or establish repayment schedules
• Inbound/outbound calls to customers to determine reason for delinquency and to review the terms of the sale.
• Monitor overdue accounts and manage delinquency pipeline.
• Convince customers to pay amounts due to bring account current.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial collections
• Associates Degree
• Experience with MAS 200 tracking system a PLUS!!!
• Excellent communication skills, computer literate (Word and Excel) and great customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of real estate lending and real estate experience is a plus
