DYANMIC APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER - Bilingual

APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER -Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's 10 largest privately held real estate investment & property management firms, is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to manage our 120 unit Tax Credit community in Santa Fe. The PM will produce & implement an aggressive, creative marketing plan that will showcase our community. One will also be responsible for the leadership and curb appeal of the community. Our PM's are very hands on and can expect to do leasing as well. The PM will also be responsible for the overall fiscal health of the property to include high occupancy, strong collections with minimal delinquencies, and aggressive rent growth while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
BILINGUAL SPANISH IS REQUIRED. Previous experience within the Property Management industry is preferred but individuals with at least 2 years experience as a Manager in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries are encouraged to apply.
