DYANMIC APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER

Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's 10 largest privately held real estate investment & property management firms, is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to manage our recently purchased 220 unit "A" community in Villa Rica. This is a top performing community in a growing area. The PM will produce & implement an aggressive, creative marketing plan that will showcase our community. One will also be responsible for the leadership and development of our office staff. Our PM's are very hands on and can expect to do some leasing as well. The PM will also be responsible for the overall fiscal health of the property to include high occupancy, strong collections with minimal delinquencies, and aggressive rent growth while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager with a track record of proven success.
